Very good food. Lush vegetation and extensive grounds
Loud animation program at the pool. The tables are cleared too quickly

Absolutely meets the expectations.
The bathroom needs a little freshening up. The shower suddenly changes the temperature to boiling hot - not without danger for children!

Inconsistent bar service during busy hours!!! Limited shade at pool areas leads to overexposure!!! Paying extra for pool towels and room safes feels outdated!!! Spa services can be unavailable on certain days!!! Wi-Fi connectivity needs improvement!!!

The hotel was in a perfect position close enough to marina where there are cafe bars and designer shops buy, and a quiet harbour area.

Beautiful complex, quiet location
Prices of drinks is too expensive for Spanish conditions, no light in the shower cabin

good relaxation but a few details need improvement
The rooms provided good privacy with a connecting door. The spa facilities were warm, and the experience of using the pools helped us unwind before our flight. We enjoyed the fine sea view .

There are many things to like about the Costa Calera. The pools and poolside garden areas are thoughtfully planned allowing privacy or sociability. The standard and range of choice of food at all meals remains excellent. The whole of the site is maintained to a very high standard with hardly any exceptions. All the staff are cheerful, friendly and efficient. The Animacion staff provide a wide range of activities with great good humour. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Puerto Calero is a small community consisting of two hotels, some housing and a very high-class marina. It is therefore quiet.
We are almost unwilling to mention these very small matters but our room was perhaps a little "tired" in its decoration. Some small holes in the curtain lining had perhaps resulted from being trapped in the sliding door. The newly-refurbished spa was disappointing. We only used the Termia and pool sections and found them a bit industrial and lacking in luxuriousness. There was no music in the musicarium and the steam room was out of order. The island of Lanzarote may not be to everone's taste. The scenery is spectacular but offers little cultural or sight-seeing opportunities but the weather is predictably good.

My room was nicely furnished with sea views and a hot and inclusive breakfast. A separate shower was good-sized and everything was very good. The location of the hotel was beautiful, near the childrens play area which was far from suitable.

Relaxing and Spacious with a Beautiful Pool Area
The multiple pool areas were well-maintained, providing ample room to relax and unwind without the struggle of reserving sun beds. The buffet offered a great variety of food, ensuring there was something tasty for everyone. I believe the Wi-Fi service could use improvement to enhance connectivity.

We have been to this hotel several times to stay,we like the pool areas ,as you have three pools to choose from.Plenty of sun beds around the areas to choose from.
This time we were not impressed with the food at lunch time. There was not the choice, also found that the food areas were not cleaned, were food had been dropped over the counter area.Nets that are there to protect the food from flies and birds , do not work well as they hang in the food ,The food area needs to be cleaned on a regular basis, through the lunch period. The gardens were always looked after very well. This time plants were not looking there best and lots looked dead. Areas around the plants needed to be cleaned.

Location, facilities and room were very good.
I did not like the food at dinner, I thought that there was too much choice and that the main courses were often past their best and always not hot enough.
